Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Specialist to join our administrative team in Kasama. This role is critical in modernizing our workforce management processes through advanced digital solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of our HR software systems, ensuring that all employee data is accurate, secure, and easily accessible for decision-making. Education
A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, or a related field is required. A Bachelor’s degree with significant specialized experience may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of five years of experience in HRIS administration or a similar role within a large-scale organization. Proven experience in system implementation and data migration is highly desirable.
